Is your data protected?

The actual threat from AI isn't the Terminator. It's the theft of your intellectual property and personally identifiable information.

The double edged sword of AI development:

Right now, most businesses are using AI recklessly. They're feeding proprietary data into tools they don't understand. Building dependencies on systems they can't control. Making strategic decisions based on outputs they can't verify. Creating vulnerabilities they don't even know exist.

All from a fear of being left behind.

Here's what's actually happening:

Every time you use AI without systematic protection, you're bleeding competitive advantage. Your intellectual property is training someone else's models. Your strategic thinking is becoming legible to AI systems that will eventually replicate it. And the worst part is that your decision making is developing dependencies that make you vulnerable when (not if) these tools change or fail.

Most people won't fix this. Because the work required to protect yourself systematically is boring as hell. It's not sexy. It's not the "10x productivity hacks" that get clicks. It's operational security, digital hygiene, systematic protocols—the kind of tedious infrastructure work that most people would rather have a root canal than deal with.

Which is exactly why it creates MASSIVE competitive advantage.

While your competitors are hoping YouTube tutorials and good intentions will be enough, you'll have systematic protection that enables strategic AI use without destroying yourself in the process.

Speed:

You'll move faster because you have clear protocols instead of constant second-guessing about what's safe.

Strategy:

You'll have strategic options they don't have because you know what's at stake and have proper infrastructure in place.

Sovereignty:

You'll make better decisions because you can evaluate AI opportunities from understanding instead of vague fear or blind optimism.

The boring security work creates the foundation for everything else.

And the business transformation comes from being protected when others aren't.

This is what the AI Protection Program builds—systematic operational security that most people won't do, which means you gain competitive advantage from being one of the few who actually implements it.

What You'll Build:

This isn't about collecting certificates or feeling good about AI. It's about systematic protection that changes how you operate.

Foundations:

  • Clear protocols for what data is safe to use in AI tools
  • Decision frameworks for when to trust AI output vs. when to override
  • Content verification systems that let you spot AI-generated fakes

Intelligence:

  • Technical understanding of how AI works and what's coming
  • Risk awareness frameworks specific to your business and industry
  • Strategic positioning assets: AEO, data moats, legible frameworks

Sovereignty:

  • Advanced privacy architecture with data compartmentalization
  • AI use policies that create client confidence
  • Crisis response protocols for deepfakes, breaches, impersonation

How the Program Works

Duration: 12 weeks (January 5 - March 29, 2026)

Format: Weekly instruction + strategic implementation sessions

Cohort Size: 10 participants maximum

Support: Telegram group for peer accountability

This program has two types of sessions:

Weekly Curriculum Sessions (60-90 minutes)

Technical instruction, framework building, system development. This is where you learn how AI works, understand the risks, and build your protection infrastructure.

Strategic Implementation Sessions (90 minutes, 4 sessions throughout program)

Working sessions where you apply protection frameworks to your actual business decisions. These aren't theory—these are live strategy sessions where you implement opsec in your revenue models, client work, competitive positioning, and strategic planning.

Strategic Implementation Sessions:

  • Week 4: Implementing digital hygiene and protective protocols in your current operations
  • Week 8: Building and implementing content verification systems
  • Week 10: Integrating AI governance policies into real business workflows
  • Week 12: Final integration and sustainability planning for your specific situation

The Boring Work That Creates Advantage

Let's be clear about what you're signing up for:

Month 1 is understanding the technical reality of what you're working with. How AI actually functions. What risks you're currently facing. What's coming in the next 6-12 months. The protective infrastructure foundations that most people skip because it's not exciting.

You'll implement digital hygiene protocols. Browser settings. Data permissions. Privacy configurations. The tedious operational security work that YouTube tutorials gloss over because it's not sexy content.

Month 2 is building strategic assets that protect competitive advantage. Ask Engine Optimization so you're findable but not replaceable. Defensible data moats through systematic documentation. Legible frameworks that establish your unique value.

You'll learn to detect AI-generated content when your competitors can't. You'll build advanced privacy architecture that creates client confidence. You'll develop systematic protection that differentiates you.

Month 3 is advanced protection and sustainability. AI governance policies that create trust when competitors have chaos. Crisis response protocols for when shit hits the fan. Long-term monitoring systems that keep you ahead.

You'll implement safety checkpoints. Decision routing frameworks. Long-term maintenance strategies. The infrastructure that keeps working after the program ends.

The work is boring. That's the point.

Your competitors won't do this work because it's tedious, unglamorous infrastructure building that doesn't provide instant gratification. Which means you gain competitive advantage from being one of the few who actually implements systematic protection instead of just talking about AI productivity hacks.

About Briar

Hey there! I'm Briar, and I have cats. And podcasts.

I've spent three years building AI collaboration systems for neurodivergent entrepreneurs and mission-driven organizations, with my Content Multiplication™ methodology that's generated 10,800+ pieces of content across 40+ client implementations,  YouBot™ systems for executives who need AI that matches how they actually think, and frameworks that work when you don't have infinite executive function or perfect consistency.

I'm a Watson Fellow studying AI education infrastructure and a TEDx speaker on Human First AI. I founded the Neurodiversity Media Network and consult on systematic thinking and operational design.

Most people are using AI in ways that will destroy their competitive advantage within 18 months. They're training their replacements with proprietary data. Building dependencies on tools they can't control. Creating vulnerabilities they can't see.

I build the systematic protection infrastructure that fixes this—operational security that works for real businesses, tested extensively before public release. Not theory. Working systems that create competitive advantage through boring implementation work most people won't do.

I believe that you can do it, though.

Here’s what people say about working with me

Grace Edison

Sales Coach

Working with Briar hasn’t just been a game changer in my business, it’s changed my life because I see obstacles differently.

I thought I was incapable of moving ahead with my big ideas and projects but really I didn’t have the systems. I needed the systems to see where I actually required support. Briar not only helped me see the way through, and take steps to implement but she also showed me through support and encouragement, that I could do it. I’ve honestly never felt so supported. I couldn’t have expected it to be this great.

Amber Bryce

Jewelry Designer

Coaching with Briar didn’t turn out how I thought it would, just based on my previous coaching experiences. But the cool part is that working with her was actually exactly what I needed.

It feels like we were architects together and we constructed the actual base and structural foundation strong enough to support me in my business through my ebbs and flows. And as an ND with ADHD and bipolar 2 this is absolutely critical.

One last thing; I felt so understood and seen and validated working with Briar. She has this way of meeting you right where you are yet also challenging your BS brain thoughts and patterns that aren’t serving you.

Maya Gobara

Sacred Heaux and

 Spiritual Advisor

Before working with Briar I was worried that I would be working with yet another coach who didn't understand me or the way my brain works.

Briar did an excellent job of pivoting and helping me find methods that work for me instead of pushing me into a cookie cutter form of business.

Briar is definitely the coach for the neurodiverse mind because she gets it. I didn't feel any guilt or shame when working with her, just understanding and accountability. I highly recommend her!
